40th anniversary
2004 is the 40th anniversary of SICE TOHOKU Chapter (Chairman: Masayuki Kawamata).
In order to celebrate the anniversary, this conference and a banquet are organized.
Presentation and participation from not only the Tohoku chapter but also the other chapters are welcome.
Scope
Fields related to sensing instruments and control engineering.
Membership
SICE members are welcome. However, authors do not have to be SICE members.
Presentation
About 20 minutes for each oral presentation including discussion, it varies depending on the number of presentations.
The presentation must be done in English or Japanese.
There is no need to make this application just to participate.

Please submit both of the PDF manuscript and printed one.

A4 size(297mm x 210mm), two columns and four pages.

Paper submission: October 29(Friday)
Proceedings
Printed conference proceedings are issued at the conference.
Registration fee
Non-student: 3,000 YEN (includes proceedings), student: free (does not include proceedings), additional proceedings: 1,000 YEN.
Please pay the fee at the conference site by cash.
Banquet
Banquet will be held at the evening of the first day.
Non-student: 4,000 YEN, student: 1,000 YEN.
