Electrical paper submission to SICE Tohoku chpter workshop

SICE Tohoku chapter provides several infromation on the WEB page. Especially, every papers submitted to SICE Tohoku chapter workshop since 1964 are electrically available. Beforetime, the papers had been scanned and saved as pictures. However, the print quality is not sufficient and file size is quite large if they are saved as pictures. Therefore, we strongly recommend to submit papers in PDF or PS file before the workshop. If it was impossible for you to submit a paper in PDF or PS, the paper would be scanned and saved as a picture.

Please refer the following instruction to submit a paper.

There are several ways to make PDF file such as Adobe Distiller (included in Adobe Acrobat), PageMaker, Ghostscript, PDF LaTeX, and so on. The following URL will help you to understand what PDF is.

What is Adobe PDF?

Please refer the manual of each software to produce a PDF file. If it is impossible to convert your paper to PDF, a PS file is also acceptable. (Since the size of PS file is approximately 10 times as big as that of PDF file, PDF file is recommended, if possible.)

• Filename : Workshop number-Presentation number.pdf(or ps)
  e.g. filename for the second presentation in the 181th workshop will be 181-2.pdf
