Schulz Award for Best Transactions Paper was given to the transaction paper "Optical Magnetic Field Probe Working Up to 15 GHz Using CdTe Electro-Optic Crystals" by Eiji Suzuki, Satoru Arakawa, Hiroyasu Ota, Ken Ichi Arai and Risaburo Sato of this chapter on the Award Lanchon of 2006 IEEE International Symposium on EMC.
